 □ 서울시 유학생 자원봉사단 개요
  ❍ 선발인원 : 외국인 유학생 60명
  ❍ 신청자격
    – 서울 소재 대학·대학원에 재학 중인 외국인 유학생
    – 국내 체류기간이 2016년 12월 31일까지 유효한 자
  ❍ 활동기간 : 2016.3.1(화) ~ 2016.12.31(토)
  ❍ 주요활동
    – 임자도, 백령도, 청학동, 교동도 초등학생 대상 온라인 외국어학습, 문화이해수업 
    – 광화문 희망나눔장터 통역, 청소 등 행사지원 2회 이상
    – 제4기 서울시 유학생 봉사단이 함께 협의하여 결정한 기획 봉사활동 1회 이상
  ❍ 자원봉사단 지원사항
    – 「KT(Korea Telecom) 장학금」 1인당 250만원 이내(활동 실적에 따라 차등지급) 
      ※ 조 건 : 백령도, 임자도, 청학동, 교동도 초등학생 대상 온라인 외국어학습, 문화이해수업
        ▶ 1회당 1시간~1시간 30분씩, 주2회, 10개월간(3월~12월)
    – 서울 시정견학 1회
  ❍ 주요일정 : 오리엔테이션(2.19), 멘토링 결연식(2월말 또는 3월초), 멘토링 교류캠프(5~8월), 수료식(12.23) 
     ※ 상기일정은 필수 참석이며, 변경 될 수 있습니다

 □ 지원방법 및 선발안내
  ❍ 1차 서류심사
    – 신청(접수)기간 : 2016.1.20(수) ~ 2016.1.29(금)
      ※ 기간 내 도착 서류에 한하여 접수
    – 제출서류 : 신청서_1(필수), 신청서_2(필수), 재학증명서(필수), 한국어능력시험(TOPIK)
                점수(선택) 각 1부
    – 제출방법 : 신청서-hwp,xls / 증명서-jpg,pdf 형식으로 이메일 제출
    – 제출주소 : global_intern@seoul.go.kr
    – 선발기준 : 자원봉사 활동의지, TOPIK 점수, 국적안배 등 종합 판단
    – 선발인원 : 90명
    – 결과발표 : 2016.2.5(금), 이메일 및 휴대폰 문자로 개별통보
  ❍ 2차 면접심사
    – 면접일시 : 2016.2.16(화) 14:00~18:00
    – 심사방법 : 조별면접
  ❍ 최종 합격자 통보 : 2016.2.18(목)

The 4th Seoul Foreign Student Volunteers Recruitment Notice

□ Seoul Foreign Student Volunteers Overview
 ❍ Number of Recruits : 60 people
 ❍ Eligibility
   – Foreign students enrolled in universities located in Seoul
    ∙Graduate students are also eligible to apply
    ※ A student scheduled to graduate in August 2016 is not eligible to apply
   – Visa must be valid until December 31st 2016.
 ❍ Period : 2016.3.1.(Tue) ~ 2016.12.31.(Sat)
 ❍ Main Activities
   – Teach foreign languages, cultures, etc. to island area children(online).
   – Participate in volunteer work events with other volunteers 1~2 times within the given period
   – Provide assistance at Gwanghwamun Plaza Flea Market by translating, cleaning, etc more than twice within the given period
 ❍ Special Benefits
   – KT(Korea Telecom) scholarship (2.5 million won maximum per individual, dependent upon 
     the fulfillment of all the events)
    ∙Conditions : Teach foreign languages, cultures, etc. to island area children through the internet twice a week for 10 months
   – Seoul City Tour once within the given period
 ❍ Major Events : Orientation 2.19), Mentor-Mentee Assignment Ceremony(late February or early March), Mentoring Exchange Camp(May~August), Closing Ceremony(12.23)
    ※ Volunteers are required to attend all the events above. The schedule may be subject          to change
