2023년 8월 대학원 졸업예정자 논문심사 신청 일정을 아래와 같이 공지합니다.

1. 논문 심사 신청일 : 2023년 4월 17일(월) 10:00 ~ 4월 21일(금) 15:00

2. 대상자 : 2023-1학기 논문심사 희망자

3. 논문심사 신청 전 필수사항(계획서 신청) : SU-WINGs 로그인 – [대학원] 졸업정보 – 졸업논문 계획서 신청에서 양식 입력 후 신청

4. 논문심사 신청 방법 : SU-WINGs 로그인 – [대학원] 졸업정보 – 졸업논문 심사요청에서 양식 입력 후 신청

5. 제출 서류 (4월 21일 까지 제출)
1) 심사용 학위논문 제출 승인서 1부
SU-WINGs 로그인 – [대학원] 졸업정보 – 졸업논문 심사요청에서 작성 후 오른쪽 상단 [심사용 학위논문 제출승인서] 출력

2) 연구윤리서약서 1부
SU-WINGs 로그인 – [대학원] 졸업정보 – 졸업논문 심사요청 오른쪽 상단 [연구윤리준수확인서]  출력

3) 논문지도확인서 1부 : LINK

4) 심사용 학위논문 3부(석사), 5부(박사) : 학과 또는 지도교수님께 직접 제출

5) 논문대체신청서 1부(논문 대체 신청자의 경우) : LINK
* 연주회 등으로 논문을 대체하는 경우 동영상에 심사위원과 관중을 포함하여 촬영하신 후 영상파일을 포함하여 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
* 학술지 대체의 경우 논문 심사비가 없습니다. 논문심사신천기간에 대체신청해야 합니다.

6. 논문심사비 : 석사 250,000원, 박사 600,000원

7. 유의사항
– 2023년 4월 21일(금)까지 납부가 완료되어야 논문 심사 신청이 승인됩니다. 논문 관련 양식은 서식 자료실에서 다운받을 수 있습니다.
– 첨부된 대학원 학위논문 작성지침을 확인 하신 뒤 규정에 맞춰 작성하시기 바랍니다. 규정과 다르게 작성하는 경우 재제본을 요청할 수 있습니다.
– 첨부된 체크리스트를 활용하여 서류 제출여부를 꼼꼼히 확인하시기 바랍니다.

Notice of Application Schedule for Thesis Examination of Graduate School Graduates in August 2023 is as follows:

Below –

1.Thesis examination application date: April 17, 2023 (Mon) 10:00 ~ April 21, 2023 (Fri) 15:00

2.Applicable person: Those who hope to undergo thesis examination in the 2023-1 semester

3.Mandatory requirements before applying for thesis examination (application for a thesis plan): Login to SU-WINGs – [Graduate School] Graduation Information – Apply for a Graduation Thesis Plan by entering the form.

4.How to apply for thesis examination: Login to SU-WINGs – [Graduate School] Graduation Information – Request for Graduation Thesis Examination by entering the form.

5.Submission documents (by April 21)

1)Approval form for thesis submission for examination – 1 copy

Login to SU-WINGs – [Graduate School] Graduation Information – After creating a request for a graduation thesis examination, print [Approval form for thesis submission for examination] at the top right.

2)Pledge of Research Ethics – 1 copy

Login to SU-WINGs – [Graduate School] Graduation Information – At the top right of the request for graduation thesis examination, print [Confirmation of Research Ethics Compliance].

3)Certificate of supervision for thesis writing – 1 copy: LINK

4)Thesis for examination – 3 copies (for master’s degree), 5 copies (for doctoral degree): Submit directly to the department or supervisor.

5)Application form for alternative thesis – 1 copy (for those who apply for an alternative thesis): LINK

In case of replacing the thesis with a concert, etc., please shoot a video including the examination committee and the audience and submit it with the video file.

There is no thesis examination fee for journal alternatives. You must apply for an alternative during the thesis examination period.

6.Thesis examination fee: Master’s degree – 250,000 won, Doctoral degree – 600,000 won

7.Notes:

The application for thesis examination will be approved only if the payment is completed by April 21, 2023 (Fri).

You can download the forms related to the thesis from the form materials room.

Please write your thesis in accordance with the regulations after checking the attached guidelines for writing a graduate thesis. If you write it differently from the regulations, you may be asked to make a reprint.

Please use the attached checklist to check the submission status of the documents carefully.
