또한 입국시 모바일 “자가진단 앱” 설치 여부도 확인하고 있으니 중국 유학생 및 중국을 방문한 모든 학생은 한국으로의 입국과정에서 혼란을 최소화 할 수 있도록 협조 하여 주시길 바랍니다.

Self Diagnosis App Instructions

○ “모바일 자가진단 앱”을 설치한 분은 특별검역신고서에 기재한 내용과 동일하게 앱에 입력하여야 합니다. 입국 후 전화번호를 포함한 연락처 등이 변경된 경우 반드시 수정 입력하여야 합니다.
– 입국 시 부득이하게 “모바일 자가진단 앱”을 설치하지 못한 분은 입국 후라도 반드시 설치하여야 합니다.
○ 입국 다음 날부터 14일 간 매일 1회(당일 24시까지) 본인의 증상을 확인하여 증상 발현 여부(Yes/No)를 앱에 입력하여야 합니다.
※ 자가진단 항목 : 발열(37.5도 이상) 또는 발열감, 기침, 인후통/목아픔, 호흡곤란/숨가쁨
– 위 증상 중 하나라도 있는 경우 앱에 입력하여 주시기 바라며, 이 경우 1339에 전화하거나 가까운 보건소 또는 선별진료소를 방문하시기 바랍니다.
○ 앱을 설치하지 않거나 자가진단 항목을 입력하지 않는 경우 확인을 위해 콜센터에서 전화 연락을 할 수 있으며, 연락이 안되는 경우 소재 파악을 위한 조치가 있을 수 있습니다.

○ 安装“自我诊断”手机APP者，需在APP内输入与内容一致的信息。如改变联系电话等个人信息，务必登录APP修改个人信息。
– 入境时未能安装“自我诊断”手机APP者的人，入境后必须安装。
○ 入境者需从入境第二天起14天内，每天一次(截止当日24时)确认本人的症状，并在“自我诊断”手机APP中输入以下自我诊断项目。
※ 输入项目（4项）：发热（37.5度以上）/有发热感、咳嗽、咽痛、呼吸困难/呼吸急促
– 上述症状中如有任一症状，请输入手机APP，并拨打1339，也可以到附近的保健所或者病毒感染筛查诊所就诊。
○ 未安装“自我诊断”手机APP者，或未在规定时间内输入自我诊断症状者，为确认情况呼叫中心将与您联系。在联系不上的情况下，为了把握入境者所在地，本部将采取相应措施。

○ Personal details entered in the “Self Diagnosis App” should coincide with the information submitted in the Travel Record Special Declaration. If there is a change to your personal details, you should update the information on the App.
– If you have not downloaded the Self Diagnosis App, please download it as soon as possible after entry.

○ You should record whether you have developed any symptoms on the App everyday (by 24:00) for 14 days after the day of entry to Korea.
※ Self diagnosis symptoms: fever (37.5 or higher) or feverish feeling, cough, sore throat, respiratory difficulties or breathlessness
– If you have any symptoms listed above, please record it on the app. In this case, you are recommended to call 1339 or visit a nearby health clinic or designated hospital.

○ If you do not download the app or record your health status, you may receive a call from the KCDC center. If you fail to receive the call, measures may be taken to identify your location.
