From April 29 to May 3, Sahmyook University hosted the Sharing Love Blood Drive, engaging the community in a meaningful cause.

This initiative was part of the university’s Spring Love Sharing Festival, held from 10 AM to 5 PM at Solomon Square on campus, with support from Hanmaeum Blood Center’s mobile donation units.

A total of 191 people, including Dean of Student Affairs Jeong Seong-jin, faculty, staff, and students, contributed to the blood drive.

To boost participation, blood donors were entered into a raffle with exciting prizes like smartwatches, Polaroid cameras, gift certificates, and café coupons.

Dean Jeong Seong-jin remarked, “Donating blood is a selfless act of love and a noble gesture of sharing life. By giving blood, we offer the most precious gift—helping someone’s heart beat anew. Let’s come together to make a difference.”
