“성숙한 상속문화 자리잡길”

삼육대와 우리은행은 18일 교내 백주년기념관 대회의실에서 ‘신탁을 통한 기부문화 활성화’를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.

이번 협약에 따라 양 기관은 우리은행의 ‘우리내리사랑 신탁서비스’를 통해 기부문화 활성화에 협력하기로 뜻을 모았다.

‘우리내리사랑 신탁서비스’는 우리은행의 상속·증여 신탁 서비스다. 위탁자(기부자)가 유가증권, 부동산 등을 우리은행에 신탁하면, 생전에는 신탁수익을 위탁자에게 지급하다가, 유고 발생 시 신탁계약으로 지정한 사후수익자(삼육대)에게 신탁 재산을 기부하는 상품이다.

금융전문가로 구성된 자문팀이 세무자문과 법률 컨설팅을 지원하며, 기부자의 니즈를 반영한 맞춤형 상속 및 기부 설계가 가능하다. 또 위탁자는 기부예정자로서 삼육대로부터 합당한 예우를 받는다.

삼육대 김일목 총장은 “이번 파트너십을 계기로 양 기관이 유산기부 문화 확산을 위해 공동으로 노력하고, 이를 통해 우리나라에 성숙한 상속문화가 자리잡길 기대한다”고 말했다.

우리은행 송현주 부행장은 “소중한 자산을 후대에 효율적으로 승계하는 신탁상품에 대한 관심이 점점 커지고 있다. 이번 협약은 기부의사를 밝힌 고객에게 맞춤형 자산설계 서비스를 제공하는 귀중한 첫걸음이 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.
