Information on Dropping Courses During the 2024-1st Semester
Regarding the "Act on the Prohibition of Improper Solicitation and Graft" (commonly referred to as the Kim Young-ran Act), which came into effect on September 28, 2016 (Wednesday), please be advised that any personal requests related to course registration and changes, cancellations, tuition payments, refunds, or any other matters must be made within the specified period. If you are unable to participate or proceed within the designated timeframe, we regret to inform you that requests beyond this period will not be possible. Kindly take note of this and ensure your participation within the specified timeframe. Thank you.Information on Dropping Courses During the 2024-1st SemesterWe would like to inform you about the option to cancel enrollment in courses that you wish to discontinue during the current semester. (Please note that this is not about erasing previously earned credits or making new course requests or changes; it is simply about "canceling enrollment.") (Since this action directly removes the course from your enrollment record for the current semester, no grades will be assigned.) We kindly request that you read the following information carefully and participate within the designated timeframe.Key Guidelines:① After the course withdrawal period, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Please ensure you proceed within the designated timeframe.② It is not possible to withdraw from a course if the enrollment count falls below the minimum threshold (less than 3 students) according to the course closure criteria.③ Even if the enrollment count is below the threshold, withdrawals are not possible for courses that have been opened at the request of the course instructor or department.④ If your course withdrawal request is submitted, it will be processed collectively on Friday, March 29th.
